Since 1956, the Biagi family has dedicated itself to creating recipes for the processing of tomatoes and fresh vegetables. Their goal is the diffusion of values such as ‘food security’ and ‘respect for the environment’ in which we live and in which our children will inherit. They want to be an ethical alternative to large food productions. Producing organic food since 1993 and consistent with their values and their sensitivity to the worlds environmental problems. They have an ambitious plan to change the way the company operates: taking the factory of the power grid by only using energy that comes from solar energy.
